Autopsy Reports and Death Certificates
Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 – Judge Dunn’s Office
You may obtain a copy of an autopsy report processed by this court by submitting a letter by mail or emailing [email protected].
Please include the name of the deceased and the date of death, along with your contact information. Family members are not charged for the first copy, but charges may apply for additional copies.
Certified copies of death certificates may be obtained from the County Clerk’s office. The number for the County Clerk is 936-539-7885.
